The attendant was the best! She was alone taking care of customers

It was 11.50pm June 12 2022. They close at 12. The girl we had 2 cars in front of us she took their order but not ours. The girl working there said we r not taking anymore orders. I said you still have 10minutes to close and we r the last car but shedidn't took our order. I have worked in food for many years. She could have taken our order but she didn't. Just wanted toreport this poor customer service. No hard feelings. But when someone is hungry and trying to get to the restaurant before it'sclosed at least the employees could do their job and serve the customers. That's what make them good employees. But again as Isaid I just wanted to report. We were hungry and the customer service was poor.

I ordered both a Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich, and a Western Burger.....both without bacon. The burger was marginal quality. I only finished half. Over half of the Chicken patty, on the chicken sandwich, was completely burned on one side. Beyond the poorcustomer service, and the long wait for expensive poor quality food.....my visit to Carl's Jr was a complete waste. I spent $25for an order of decent large fries. I'll never eat Carl's Jr. again.

I never have issues with this location however today was my unlucky day. I couldn?t even bite into the chicken because of how hard and burnt it was.

I went through the drive through and they gave me cold soggy fries. They mustve been very old. I highly doubt they would've handed those fries over to someone dining inside. They replaced the fries when i went inside so they earned 3 stars from me.
