Jack In The Box - Fresno

I recently tried the croissants at this restaurant for the first time and they are amazing. I like to add tomatoes to mine which makes them even better. I also love their sourdough jacks. The customer service is great and picking up an order through the app is easy. My only complaint is that I don't always receive a physical receipt with my order, which I find bothersome.

I’ve like Jack-in-the-Box as long as I can remember. I’m giving this JIB Five stars because the drive-through cashier was considerate about my wallet. I ordered a special order sandwich and she suggested a different way I could order it so I could save some money. I took her advice. Great looking out. What a sweetheart.

First time coming to this location, I’m from Merced CA and all of our Jack in the box suck!! But this location was AMAZING!! The customer service was perfect, I had my dog with me and he was barking but the young lady handed us a treat for him. The food was amazing and fresh.

Without a doubt, this restaurant has the best customer service. I would like to send a big thank you to the woman at the counter on 03/17 for taking our order. She and another staff member were handling a long line of orders, but the food we received today was fantastic, just as it has been in the past.

One of my go-to dishes at this restaurant is the chicken fajita pita. It is consistently made fresh and is known for being one of the healthier options at Jack in the Box. If I'm feeling indulgent, I'll also order the onion rings, which have been delicious since I first tried them as a child.
