Good selection of toppings but ice cream didn't really taste homemade as claimed). Wasn't creamy or even flavorful. Red velvet left a stain on my teeth and gums. Will not return :

The open sign was up when I went to the store at 8:58. The young girl in the register looked at the clock and said they closed at 9! Apparently, she doesn't know how to read a watch or turn off a sign! Needless to say they lost a customer for life because they do not deserve my business. The owner should teach them to earn the help for a customer and their business is more important than tuning one away! I literally went to my car and looked back to the store and the lights were turned off! She was in a hurry to come home! Happy for me, Ampersand was still open and pleased to serve me! It was a victory considering the quality of their ice is simply the best compared to marble slab.

Found flys on cookies. Then employee sold to other customers after I informed them flies had been all over them.

The young man that works there is very sophisticated, he looked like he knows what he is doing at all times. I think his name is Elias

Very nice, welcoming worker! Easy to talk to! I received a birthday coupon to get $5 off! You better believe I'm going to use it! ; Asked him what sorbets were most popular. He says the lemon and raspberry. I got a large half each, used my coupon. The worker wished a good day and I left! Absolutely delicious ice creams/sorbets! Highly recommended!
