Olive Garden Italian - Fresno

Went here and noticed that the silverware was dirty after we alerted our waiter of this she brought new silverware that was just as dirty as the previous silverware. Waiter and manager had a nasty attitude and when part of my party asked to cancel theirorders because it had been 30 plus minutes since we ordered the waiter canceled everyone's food. I used to love Olive Garden butthis by far was my worst experience at the restaurant.

Would have been 5 stars however looking at a dirty table sit for 45min wasn't pleasant and I doubt the patrons they sat right next to it weren't happy either as they ate and left rather quickly . Also our first waitress was very forgetful and inattentivefor example asked 3x for napkins and was served appetizers with no silverware or napkins had to get up and retrieve our own ,there were a few other issues but didn't sour our mood as we were there for a birthday and they were kind enough to put our cakein the fridge while we ate. The food was great I had chicken and shrimp carbonara portion was huge especially after soup andbread sticks .over all great place will definitely go back as it's a favorit

We had pasta, ravioli, lasagna, and pizza from the kids menu. You can eat all salada and bread you want. This time I took home a pasta plate for $5 (it's a small plate but still worth)

Holy Jesus I don’t think words can describe how good the services/food was. The server was a very friendly lady named “Jenna” who was extremely nice to my whole family. The food was also perfect as showed in the picture, the seats were a little scuffed up but not bad, the bathrooms were fairly clean as well.

I was thrilled during my visit to this restaurant. I have to give extra credit because Leo, who is a really great guy, works here. The staff is relaxed and incredibly patient. The atmosphere is tidy and refreshing, plus they offer complimentary water. With the free water, I also received free breadsticks. The server happily refilled my water three times! The restroom was clean, which I appreciated. I definitely plan to return for more free water and toasted ravioli.
