Best aged steak and at a great price. The only steak to get here is the “Outlaw Ribeye!” Forget your favorite cut, this is the one to try first! You can ask for several variations that most don’t know about, extra smoked seasoning, extra 7 seasoning, crusted, or topped. Just ask your server. Wait staff is always tentative and manager checks in on the service every so often each visit.

Really big sized appetizers, almost was completely full by the time my food arrived. A little bit pricey but the food was very good.

Brittany waited on us and was amazing. Her friendly, engaging personality made us feel right at home. We had the Firecracker Chicken Wraps for our appetizer, and they were off the hook. I had the Outlaw Ribeye medium with the loaded Idaho baked potato. My wife had the Redrock Grilled Shrimp on Brittany's recommendation. The rub and sauce complimented them perfectly. She also had the chowder, which she describes as delicious. We couldn't have had a better anniversary dinner. Thank you, Jose, for a 5* dining experience!

Food is always great. They cook the steak to liken. Great place to spend with friends.

First visit. Normally eat at Texas Roadhouse but wasn't open. The filet is definitely better at Roadhouse. My husband and I both had Flos filet. It was cooked inconsistent was tough had fat in one. Seasoned excellent. Baked potato was good. Salad better at Roadhouse. Service excellent.
