Wont go here again. Cakes had no taste . The chocolate had no taste, icing and cake tasted like nothing. what a waste of money. Randall's makes a better cake than this place.

I used to enjoy picking up a dozen cakes here often. The last two times have left me with regrets. Yesterday, I went in for a variety dozen. Some of the cake was hard on top, leaving me to think they might be stale,day-old, or overbaked. The icing on all left a geasy aftertaste in our mouths, making it obvious that the frosting is crisco-cream, not buttercream. My family and guests shared less-than-stellar comments. And the price was over $50, about $10 higher than I have paid in the past. THEN, the girl presented a gratuity screen to add an additional $7-12 just for putting the cupcakes in the box!! I'll be looking for a new bakery.

Wow-Amazing customer service! I can’t remember the name of the young lady working or I would give her a shout out. She was new to the company but handled our situation so well. Super friendly, thorough, and made sure she handled our order and correction of our order appropriately while communicating with us about everything. Grateful she took extra time to call us back and confirm answers to all of the questions we had with our gluten free needs. Thank you.

First time trying this place! Awesome cupcakes, i got 4 different ones and they were great! Strawberry, chocoholic, hot fudge and chocolate/vanilla. We enjoyed the goodness
