Firehouse Subs Frisco Square

I really enjoy Firehouse Subs, but this location is a total mess. I was the only customer there, and it took them 30 minutes to make my sub.

Not a friendly environment, I felt like I disturbed her and her credit card machine didn't work, I heard one of the staff say that the internet was down. So when my card didn't go through one of the guys with glasses, spoke loudly to me and called me to pay back. Then I paid money. could they? apologized but not

The staff was professional and courteous, making the ordering process very efficient. There was a short wait for dinner, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of space to enjoy the experience. The sandwiches were not only delicious but also generous in size. I will definitely return.

I love Firehouse Subs bit this place is a complete disaster. Only person in place and 30 minutes to get a sub.

I ordered the hero Sub, I wasn't disappointed at all! Excellent service!
