When we stepped into the restaurant, we were second in line. Yet, 40min later…WE WERE STILL WAITING on our food!! The staff had no sense of urgency and literally stopped processing twice to pre-process or to focus on orders other than those of all of us still waiting in line. We ordered extra cheese on our 3 pizzas. The builder put extra on the first one, but when asked about why he hadn’t on the other two, he refused to do it stating they were ‘rationing the cheese’.No apologies. No acknowledgment that they were completely failing.We won’t be returning.
