Bidra med feedbackFirst and foremost, the interior of the restaurant is truly impressive. The design is modern and chic, yet cozy and comfortable. From the moment you step in, you'll feel a sense of warmth and welcoming. The decor is tastefully done, with a mix of traditional Japanese elements and contemporary design touches. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into creating a space that is not only visually appealing but also conducive to a pleasant dining experience.Speaking of dining experience, the service at Ramen Hakata is fast and efficient, without sacrificing quality. The staff are attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your visit is as enjoyable as possible. Whether you're dining alone or with a group, you'll be impressed by the level of professionalism and friendliness that the staff exude. Now let's talk about the food. The portions are just right, not too big and not too small, so you won't leave feeling either hungry or overstuffed. And the presentation is definitely on point, with each dish being beautifully arranged and garnished. But of course, the most important thing is the taste, and I can confidently say that Ramen Hakata delivers in that department as well. The ramen is flavorful and rich, with a broth that's both savory and comforting. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the toppings are fresh and tasty. It's clear that the chefs take pride in their craft and pay attention to even the smallest details. All in all, Ramen Hakata is a fantastic restaurant that checks all the boxes for a great dining experience. From the lovely interior to the fast service, right portions, and tasty food with nice presentation, it's clear that the owners have created a space that is both inviting and impressive. If you're a fan of ramen, or just looking for a great Japanese restaurant to try, I highly recommend giving Ramen Hakata a visit!
Bad service from one of the wait staff (the lone male waiter) ruined an otherwise great meal. The waiter ignored my request for an extra soup bowl even though the place wasn't that busy. I wanted to share the soup with my wife. I already knew that the waiter wasn't very keen on accommodating my request the moment i asked. He seemed annoyed when he asked me to repeat what i was requesting.
I’ve been to the location in Addison a couple of years ago and remember it being very good, so I suggested this place to my spouse as we’re both ramen fans. I don’t know if it’s this location in particular but it wasn’t as good as I remember.I ordered the miso spicy ramen and my husband got the hakata. I liked that it came with a good amount of chashu and green onions. The broth was creamy, though I didn’t think it was very spicy after you mixed in the spicy sauce. My spouse didn’t care for his ramen at all. He said the chashu and broth had no flavor. He really only ate the noodles and the meat. While the atmosphere was nice, our server seemed like he was trying to rush us out, with no time to really enjoy our meal. I’m not sure I would return here again.
WOW!!! Found this little gem visiting my family. My kids LOVE ramen, and Ramen Hakata didn’t disappoint. Amazing food and friendly service. So good, we ate there twice in a row. Even the music was great. A new favorite place when we come back to Frisco. ? Thank you for an excellent experience!! 10/10
This was SO delicious. This is only the 2nd time in my life that I’ve had ramen so I asked the waitress for her recommendation. She suggested her favorite: Shoyu ramen with pork chashu. OMG. So, so yummy! The broth was rich and delicious, the noodles perfectly chewy (but not too chewy), and the pork had this delicious sweet flavor that I can’t describe. Service was amazing too, the waitress was so nice! 100% recommend!
