Tavern On 12 - Frisco

As BBQ judges, we couldn't resist trying the "Three Pig" pizza. This pesto sauce pizza was topped with sausage, bacon, a generous amount of NC BBQ, onion, and jalapeno, which added a nice kick. The BBQ flavor on the pizza was delightful. Although they describe it as an individual pizza, it’s definitely enough for two people. I can't emphasize enough how attentive Kaylee was, even when the place got really busy. She managed the rush seamlessly, and the food was outstanding!

Excellent little tavern on Hatteras in Buxton. We got the BBQ, hush puppies and fried shrimp platter. Everything was immaculate. I've never had fried shrimp that wasn't overcooked but these were perfect! Next time we visit the island we're definitely coming back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
