I normally don’t do reviews but I’ve never been so disgusted. I ordered a steak hibachi to go and upon opening the steak and veggies there was little white wire-y hairs all throughout the food. I've been a regular at this restaurant for many years, but tonight's experience has changed that for me. I was taken aback to discover that they charge a service fee for using a credit card. I believe that credit card processing should be included in the overall cost of running a business. I would prefer if they raised their menu prices instead of imposing a service fee. As a result, I won't be returning until this policy is dropped. Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.
