The basis of this review isn't about the food or the atmosphere. We enjoyed a delicious pizza on the very private back patio. The issue is the restaurant aggravates the current tipping debate.It's largely a self-serve restaurant. You place your order up front with the greeter, find your own table, set your own table, pour your own drinks, and even bus your own table. Our only interaction with the wait staff was when they delivered our pizza to the table and another time when they took the pan away. Neither one asked if we needed anything else.Yet, right up front when you pay for your order you're presented tipping options starting at 15%.I find it unacceptable to be asked how much of a premium I'm willing to pay for a meal I haven't even tasted, and for a service experience that was largely self-made.
