Starbucks Coffee Oriental Fukuoka Hakata Station

Always pretty full, but with its central location you can't expect it to not be busy. Service is pretty fast each time, servers always pleasant.

Good spot to sit down and get some caffeine and studying in before class. Staff were very friendly and tolerated my still-basic Japanese with a smile :

Starbucks is Starbucks, but this is a short distance from Hakata Station Chikushi-guchi. There is a lot of space inside and nice decor. The counter facing the outside window gives a nice view of the hustle and bustle of Hakata Station.

Its Starbucks. That is really all you need to know. I so wish they would serve soft drinks and water too, but that just doesn't happen in Japan for some reason
