Big B's Barbecue - Fullerton

Fair prices, good food, friendly staff. I had a pork ribs dinner with baked beans and Cole Slav. Everything was good. They delivered additional BBQ sauce on the side. The meat was very delicate, but tasted like the sauce was applied only after cooking. Some like it like this, but I like a bit of the sauce touch to get into the meat or at least have it tasted. However, I was very happy overall.

Went in for lunch and was surprised by a quality barbecue restaurant. Ordered pork sliders and a buddy ordered the rib and chicken combo with some onion rings. Absolutely blew my tastebuds away with how good the meat was prepared. Service was quick taking around 10 minutes to prepare. Overall a great spot! I will be coming back again soon!

I ordered a takeout that took about 1 hour to complete which is fine. When I got back to my apartment(about a 5 min drive from Mr B) the meat was not tender and dry, the bbq sauce was not to me or my roommates preference, fries were unsalted and bad. Chicken was dry as well.

Food and service is wonderful. I have been frequenting this business for many years and have never experienced anything but good food and friendly service.

Delicious and mouth watering BBQ. Fish taco Fridays are great with a pint of IPA or whatever quenches your thirst.
