Bidra med feedbackI had one of my worst hotel experiences in this place. The hotel building looks nice, booking pictures are all good, but inside is a different story!Everything is basic and cheap. They don’t clean the room unless you call the reception and ask for it. We found this after our 3rd day of stay! They don’t even include a bottle of water in your room.Breakfast is awful. Few options and variety. They just rotate sausage every other day. And worst of all everything is cold even the egg!And most of staff are rude. They make you feel you need to please them!! Horrible place. At best they are a mediocre motel and not a hotel.Simply, the place doesn’t worth what they’re charging.
This entire experience was wonderful. We had to leave another local hotel because it was not anything like described and it was very dirty and rundown. It was such a delight to come to this place everything is nice and clean and updated. Such a good value for your dollar. Their breakfast is amazing doesn't even taste like a standard hotel free breakfast. Felt like we were at a good restaurant. Definitely coming here again we already booked our trip next month. It is not too far from Disney and worth every penny and a few extra minutes of driving.
If you want an immaculate and perfectly clean place, this isn't it. If you want to soak in your room's tub, that can't happen. The hair blow dryer vent was clogged. If you want a good bed, two Kings I tried were thin feeling, like a fold out couch. Pillows okay. AC worked. Some areas in the rooms were not well vacuumed, the interior of the elevator thrashed along baseboards. In general, the place needs detailed maintenance care. Balcony can vary depending on the room (more than 3' in depth with a railing to sitting space). Heard the ramen restaurant is good. Can't comment on house keeping as our rooms were not serviced (could've been on request or not included in group rate stay). Very confusing directions posted to find rooms by the number. Easy access to freeways.
If I could not give any stars I would. We brought an entire tour group of choir teens and the website says complimentary breakfast. They refuse to provide it for our group of 70+ people. We checked in and they completely mislead us on which rooms were connecting and the customer service was subpar. Everything was chaotic and a mess. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. The accommodations are dated, worn and the smell is pungent. The location is not ideal and this experience is leaving more than 70+ customers completely dissatisfied. It was an opportunity for them to make an impression on possible 70+ new families to visit again and they failed spectacularly.
Alex was a gem! He was very professional and checked me in super quick and gave me all the details I needed. He is great at his job and it was nice having him take care of me. When I first walked into my hotel I was very pleased and felt comfortable. Security patrols the parking lot at night which put me more at ease with leaving my car parked. Free breakfast and free parking! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
