Cafe De L'union - Fully

We stayed in Salvan and ate at L'Union Restaurant twice during our visit. This is a family business and Sophie and her husband run a great little place that attracts locals and visitors alike. The menu features both French and Swiss foods including appetizers, entrees and pastas. The food is good, and what separates this place from the pack is Sophie's gregarious, open, friendly spirit and service. We had a blast and would look forward to popping in again if we're ever back in Salvan.

A waitress aka the owner, as welcoming as a prison door, refuses to serve us on site, telling us to come and get what we ordered and leave. I do not recommend this restaurant (bar)
