O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Fultondale

Extremely slow service. We only saw our server twice. Had to ask the manager for our ticket. Didn't receive salads and my daughter's steak was completely raw. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well, used to be One of our favorite places to eat. Not any longer. Top shelf appetizer...chicken tough, potatoes not done and half the size, and what used to be the best potato soup ever, is now the worst ever. No flavor, had to add salt just to have some flavor. About 4 or 5 pieces of potatoes, looked like yellow milk, and not near like it was before. It's been a while since we've been and this is why. It was this way the last time. But now I think we're done. If the soup changes back we may come try, if not, so long to a place we've dined in for close to 30 years. WHEN YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS THE BEST, WHY CHANGE IT? Tamara always takes care of my family and I when we come! It feels good to come in a large facility with large foot traffic and someone remembers you! Definitely a server that understands excellence! Go to the girl!
