Bidra med feedbackI ordered the m&m milkshake to go and when I got home I set it on my table and sat down ready to enjoy a nice cold milkshake. The moment I bit into the soft, creamy, delicious shake, my entire body started to float. I didn't know what was happening butas I rose I realized the milkshake was floating as well as glowing. It called out to me though telepathy, telling me to eatanother bite. When I did, I instantly transcended into heaven. I saw angels and a large golden gate before I blinked and wastransported back into my chair safely. Curious, I took one more bite and I didn't fly, but I felt like I was enlightened.
Recently my wife an I ordered a burger with relish and other toppings and a soft drink we checked our order and there was no relish on burger simple correction very disrespectful female light complexion with dreadlocks stated they don't serve relish.Relish was put on burger and it was handed back to us corrected without soft drink female was very disrespectful and shouldn'tbe working at any customer service establishment well never go back to this location with such a simple order who are you hiringCOOK OUT.
I'm not local, but I wanted to get my parents something to eat since they enjoy this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member, Miss Briana, was quite rude and interrupted me while I was trying to place my order. Additionally, the food was poorly prepared; I had to return because they forgot the onion rings. The food was served cold, and the sweet tea tasted like plain water—no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend this location at all.
After parking to eat my lunch, I realized my sandwich was incorrect. I went back to the window to point out the issue, but the woman who helped me was quite rude and dismissive about it. They did give me a replacement sandwich, but it turned out to be wrong as well. I decided not to go back to confront her again since she had already made my experience uncomfortable, and I ended up just eating what I had. Overall, I felt as though they were annoyed by my presence, which made for a very disappointing visit. I’m now hesitant to return if this is how I’m going to be treated, regardless of how good the food might be.
The food met my expectations, but the person taking orders could definitely benefit from some professionalism. There’s no need to raise your voice just because the intercom is somewhat malfunctioning! I apologize for snapping back at you, but I wasn't the only one who felt your attitude. If you're unhappy in your job, perhaps it's time to consider a different path.
