Moe's Southwest Grill - Fuquay-Varina

They frequently forget part of the order, about 20% of the time, and often serve smaller portion sizes than expected.

All of the items were tossed into one bag together, including the chips and all the entrees—there were no separate containers for the entrees at all. Unlike previous orders, we received no containers this time—just the quesadillas wrapped in tin foil and everything stuffed into one bag along with the broken chips. We also didn't receive the kid's drink or cookie. Unfortunately, this is the third time in a row that only a kid's quesadilla has been included in our order, which has really disappointed our child.

The chips are consistently overcooked. While I appreciate that they're provided for free, that doesn't justify the poor quality.
