Furano Natulux

Choose this over prince hotel initially when saw is near to shops. Shop Close really early. Rooms are a bit small even though is modern. The shopping area is a bit small. Breakfast is only set type. Staff spoken English n Chinese is good. Hot bath area is nice.

Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by an unpleasant odor in the room that persisted throughout my visit. The issue significantly impacted the comfort and overall experience. Hope the management addresses this soon for future guests.

The bedsheets were crisp and clean with no dusty feel. The bathroom was spotless. We had a pleasant and restful stay

We stayed for 1 night but was happy with the size and comfort of the rooms. The public bath is smallish though but we are fine with it. Free parking available for those who drive. There is a nice shabu shabu restaurant just behind the hotel.

Hotel is located within a minute’s walk from Furano station. Room wise, sizing is to be expected of Japanese hotels, for 2 in a twin room it was good! View from room (level 5) was great and we saw the mountains from our room. Service staff were great, speaking in Japanese, English and Chinese. Morning breakfast were Japanese and western set meal options. Both came with Furano Milk (loved it).
