Zaxby's In Bowl - g Green

Food and service was great. Staff was very attentive and on top of things.

The food was okay. We stopped on our way back to Wisconsin from a road trip. We ordered our food at 3:17pm and received it at 3:54pm. The staff (Tonisha E. treated us very poorly. We asked a question about the food and she was very rude about answering the question. Then around the 30 minute mark, we went up and asked how long the food was going to take. Their response was “we are working on it” and walked away. Then 10 more minutes passed and we were just to ask for a refund minus the drinks because we really wanted to get home. Finally we got our food and (I think her name was Erin W. came out and said she apologized that our order got mixed up with someone else’s. She was the nicest to us and we didn’t feel ignored. Maybe it is just this location, but Erin W. did give us a free loaded fries for next time. The gesture was nice and considerate, however I do not thinking I will be dining and any of the Zak Snaks again. (Tonisha’s name was on the receipt and Erin’s name was on the card for free fries, I apologize if I got the names wrong

Nice and clean. The food was very good to my surprise. Absolutely loved it!

I’m not sure what’s up with the Zaxby’s around here, but they have all lost their quality. And the gentlemen that work there seem like they cared more about gossip than making fresh food for their guests.
