Jefferson's - Gadsden

I absolutely loved the fish tacos here! The restaurant has a relaxed and clean atmosphere. I stumbled upon this place while I was out and I’m so glad I did! The waitress was also very attentive to us throughout our lunch.

The best cheeseburger and fries in the city! They also serve the best wings around. Dare to try the turbo sauce!

The dining experience was excellent, definitely superior to the Gadsden location. The service was also better. While the beer wasn't as cold as I would have liked, the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.

Jefferson’s is a relaxed American restaurant in rainbow city, al. they serve some of the best Buffalo style chicken wings in gadsden. the signature sauces that should be on their mandatory list are double dipped, mango habanero and hot yaki. They also have great burgers! if they are looking for a good place to eat and hang in gadsden, they want to make jefferson’s in rainbow city an attempt!

Ordered wings to go and when my GF arrived home she objectively had the wrong order. We ordered double dipped wings, they were just regular wings. I called and asked for compensation and the manager said they do not give out refunds and unless I wanted to drive the wings back up and have them re-made she couldn't help. I said I had spent the whole day driving for my job, and that the jeffersons drive was a half hour to and from my house, to add another half over plus waiting for the cooking was too arduous, and just wanted *some* monetary compensation. She said the new store policy is 1, zero monetary refunds and 2, only remakes if you're present. I offered to text them a picture of the wrong order in addition to todays newspaper to demonstrate this just happened and she said she couldn't help me. The idea that the store objectively messed up my order and I'm not entitled to a refund is *nuts*. So I won't be purchasing food from here ever again. By the way future customers, the manager also said the owner told her this was new policy because they were having too many returns lately. Well maybe that's because the orders are wrong? If you're having excess returns, and not providing refunds, clearly your business is bad, by basic business standards. EDIT: Owner contacted me and made amends so upgrading to 3 stars.
