Krystal - Gadsden

Was great nice people with fast service. I stopped going because I was told it would wait 30 minutes.

After 3 rude experiences than 3 other establishments in a row (no other Krystals), we have a good meal with great service.

Burger tasted old for Krystals. I have all stopped at Krystals every time I went through Gadsden Al, it will never stop again. also tables were dirty stick also chairs were evil.

Staff professional and friendly. I've been in this part of Alabama for five years and the staff are great every day. The food for me is also great. I lived near Kystals for a decade. I missed the Chilli cheese pups more than I realized. Thank you.

I didn't bother checking the reviews, but I probably should've. The regular fries were really good, and I usually don't even care about fries at fast food places. However, the burgers we got looked and felt disgusting to consume. They're edible. I don't understand how people can eat it though. I also got chili fries here and they tasted too salty. The employees also can't seem to follow what's asked of them like how other people have stated as well. Honestly this place should just be torn down, especially with how many bad experiences others have had. Don't eat here, it's a waste of money. There's definitely better fast food options available out there.
