Krystal - Gaffney

This situation is one that we once a year invite to Krystals since we live in North Carolina, the people who work here are amazing and take care of us very well. The manager was the best I didn't get his name, but thank you, sir for all your help. We'll be ready again, Lord.

How could a Krystal be anything less than 5 stars? I drove 100 miles (round trip) for the treat. I was heading to York to vote, so I was halfway there already. No, it 's not nutrition. It 's just good. If you 're from up north and don 't know Krystal, think White Castle. 97% the same. If you really don 't know Krystal (or White Castle) at all, they are little, square hamburgers. So little meat you really should always get the Double. Even then it 's good for four small bites, max. Usually three. I got four of them this time, and I could have eaten six. Unique flavor. Try it once. You like it or you don 't. It you like it, it 's worth the occasional 100 mile drive. Crew was great. I took my time, doing stuff on my phone, and didn 't notice they were closing early (5 pm). They didn 't try to rush me out, and still made me a shake for the road. I apologized, but they said 'no problem '.

Arrived here last night around 920 and waited a few minutes to order. which was fine. There were about 3 different groups of people in there with us. Around 16 people all together. Everyone had ordered but us. She took our order of 3 5 for $5.99 's. Ordered Krystal Burgers, some Chiks Nashville Chiks. Ordered a sundae, was told the ice cream machine was already off. So. That meant no shakes either. Which brings me to the question..... Why was their ice cream machine off 30 to 40 minutes PRIOR to closing? I thought things were supposed to be served until AFTER closing then things are turned off and cleaned? So that ruined half of the order that we had to place. People were disappointed and didn 't get to receive the items they were willing to pay for. Cashier was pretty... short on the attitude. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by placing an order at a food place. Been a long time since we had been all the way out there to get something from them. Drove from Cliffside, North Carolina and was pretty disappointed. I hate leaving negative reviews but hopefully this review will be taken in and not dismissed because it wasn 't a good one. Try and do better Krystals... Place used to be a lovely, friendly place.

No, where they are as good as they used to be. Her cheeseries consisted of grated cheese over frits. The burger has become really thin. More mustard than anything else on them.

I haven't been to Krystal for a while. I have two beautiful granddaughters and decided to treat them, they had never heard of (where Mom is a McDonald's fan) anyway they told me after eating that they were ready to leave the golden arches?
