Dunkin' - Gahanna

Only disappointment was that my Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread that I asked to be lightly toasted was burnt so I ended up tossing it

Everything was dry. I ordered 6 glazed but received 3 dry glazed donuts and 3 hard chocolate iced donuts. They were breaking apart like saltine crakers, as was the croissant.

This Dunkin? location is absolutely terrible. We placed an online order for pick-up not one donut in the dozen half was a donut we ordered. The manager then wanted us to bring back the dozen half donuts with the receipt to get the correct order!What exactly are you going to do with the ones you already gave us? Put them back on your racks? Terrible service we won?t beback!

We went to this location, and both our breakfast sandwiches and hash browns smelled and tasted like oven cleaner. The chemical taste was prominent and concerning. I looked on Reddit to see if I was crazy, but people note this happens in Dunkin?s acrossthe country. Quite unpleasant.

Neighborhood awesome surroundings awesome as far as the business itself I wouldn't know because it was closed wife and I went up to the door looked at the store hours and it was at least an hour hour and a half before they was supposed to close but they was clearly closed we even went through the drive-thru to see if maybe the dining room was closed because of short staffing or something but negative Ghost Rider so yeah.
