Little Caesars Pizza - Gahanna

I tried to order a pizza online and it said something was wrong and to call the store. So I called the store to order the pizza and they said they wouldn’t take my order because it was online only. I explained that I tried and it says to call the store. The lady on the phone told me she wouldn’t take my order, and then literally stopped talking to me. She didn’t hang up because I could hear her coworkers in the background. Super unprofessional and frustrating. So don’t order anything from here

They always get my order late when I order way ahead for a larger order and this time there is NO sauce on our pizza, and NO salt at all on the crust of the pretzel pizza and they werent busy!! I also understand inflation, but for what we're getting, I don't feel it's worth it!! They raise prices what seems like every week!

They literally NEVER answer the phone. I understand they get busy, but that's why there should be more staff. I called them as I was leaving work so I could place a pickup order. The whole point was so that they could start it have it ready when I arrived so I could avoid having to sit wait when I got there. They never answered. I called them four times in a span of about 20 minutes. They STILL never answered. So I just gave up took my business elsewhere. This is why they should do better with having more hot n' ready pizzas. Every time I go to this location, I have to wait forever. That's not convenient for someone who's exhausted from a long day at work ready to go home.

Racist people specifically the short lady working today I was waiting about 15 minutes to take the order very bad people she ignored me

I'd give zero if i could! Ordered at 645 said it would be ready at 717 didn't get my wrong cold order until 815! Nobody was helping the very long line of customers! Very disappointed!!
