Starbucks - Gahanna

The drinks on Wednesdays and Thursdays aren't great, and I can't quite understand why. However, the rest of the week, everything is fantastic and the staff is friendly. Edit 1/5: They've resolved the issue! Thank you <3

The staff could have been a bit more friendly and cheerful.

This Starbucks consistently provides excellent service and is very quick with drink preparation. A special mention goes to Brooke, who was working the drive-thru today (11/30) and truly made the experience delightful.

I’m from California and now call Columbus my home. Katy the store manager has the most incredible staff! Ashley Hailey are the newest baristas I’ve met. both go above and beyond. The entire staff makes this store one of the best I’ve ever spent time at! Thank you! Cary K.

Better than good products and food, excellent, reliable friendly service, repeat customers are remembered and all are greeted and thanked. Well-lit, clean, parking easy to access, but no disability assisted doors, well maintained restrooms WIFI available.
