Visiting in the evening as a family of 4 adults, we were impressed with the simplicity and quality of the food. All the dishes are based around the wood fired oven, but you are not limited to pizza - I had the lamb cutlets, which were very good. The service was unfussy and had an independent, family feel to the place. We paid 72 euros.The weather was poor, so we are inside, but there is seating in the square outside

Incredible what a small town like gaillac has as pizzeria. Unfortunately it is not excellent (it is a follower of naples who speaks to you ;). That being said, it has some advantages. cooking with wood fire, tasteful products, a terrace, and a friendly welcome. flattened the composition of the pizzas looking for originality is a little lost. for recall; a Neapolitan pizza (the best in the world) consists of fresh tomatoes, four rounds of mozzarella di bufala, four fresh basil leaves and a net of olive oil. Don't need to make cash to get the top of the world pizza! to conclude, a small honest pizzeria, with the ratio of quality correct price (a higher diameter would still be welcome), but probably one of the best in the city nevertheless. (propose also a few dishes)
