Papa John's Pizza - Gainesville

Last week I tried to order over the phone, but got under control until I got into the store and decided to order in the store. It was pure chaos. I was told I had my pizza in 15-20 minutes. I didn't believe it. I have my pizza. When I went to my pizza, it was quiet. No pizzas are made on the screen. A wonderful woman made sure that my pizza was right and made sure that I was 100% happy. She was the owner (I believe) who came in to help when it turned into pure chaos and got everything under control in less than 15 minutes. She was amazing! We talked about how stressed I was at my wedding planning and decided to do something special to make my day. Hands down best service ever!! I have to drive about 30 minutes to this pizza place, but it's worth it!! Thank you.

Great pizza ? perfect for quick eat especially if you have kids . They're super quick very friendly order online on the Papa Johns delivery and take out App to earn and redeem papa points each time you order. To earn a Free Appetizer pizza or desert.

Love me some Papa John's. This has been our local one for years, never had a screw up on the orders and always delivers within an hour even on super busy days. Only complaint is for corporate, charging that 4 dollar delivery fee and it does t even go tothe driver.

Ordered a single pizza before 5pm and didn?t receive the pizza till after 8pm and they never rang the door bell thank Goodness I have cameras to alert me!! Pizza was also cold and we had stuff crust and the cheese was hard. Not only that but I live 5minutes away from the location!

Haven't had PJ'S in a quite sometime. Pizza was better than I expected it would be. Delivery took maybe 20-25 minutes which was surprising. The driver was a young man, didn't get his name but very nice. So Thank You to the staff today for being quick and efficient.
