Additionally, when I requested a cupholder for the drinks at the next window, I was informed that they were out of stock. I was driving my son's Honda, which only has two cupholders, both of which were occupied with drinks already. The only box the helpful employee could find was much larger than my order. This resulted in me precariously balancing an oversized box (with three large drinks) on the open window with my left hand while navigating a five-speed car around a sharp turn in a busy parking lot. It was quite amusing but definitely not safe! Since I'm committed to reducing waste, I’m fine with taking responsibility for my own cupholders. A suggestion to both myself and Wendy's: in this unexpected situation, it would have been much safer if an employee had brought the box out to me or held it until I was parked and could come inside to collect it.

The staff is fantastic, and the food is prepared quickly, especially when compared to several other fast food places in town. They do an excellent job of ensuring that customized requests are accommodated.

Quick and tidy. The drive-thru service is consistently speedy, and I haven't experienced any problems with missing items.
