Dunkin' - Gaithersburg

Coffe and products are always good. But customer service lacks kindness. Tonight I ordered in the store and the only employee was in bad condition. I was charged for a big chocolate, but my cup came 1/4 empty. Managers need to plan more than one employee at night.

I love this place! Always have my order ready, very friendly, call me by my name even. I try to remember at least once a month to put a really big tip in their bowl since I pay with my app. They really deserve it

Pretty busy location, upon entering others were waiting for coffee and I left before them with my order which was incorrect, not sure if call outs, new hires, or what was going on here but was disappointed over all. The older woman. Who was working the breakfast sandwich station kept her area very neat, clean, and organized and you could tell she took pride in her work. When she wasn't making orders she was cleaning.I loved seeing that.
