Ichiban - Gaithersburg

As always, the food and service were excellent. Despite the ongoing pandemic, they are fully implementing social distancing measures, and I'm really pleased with how the staff is handling everything. The sushi was fantastic—one of the best I've had! It was quick and fresh, just like always. Each table has a button to call your server, which never gets old and is actually pretty cool! This place is a must-visit for sushi lovers.

Wow, where do I even begin? First of all, I'm really glad I decided to order from here tonight. From the moment I placed my order, the person who took it was incredibly friendly and patient, handling my somewhat complicated request with great ease. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious—hands down the best sushi I've ever had. The California roll, honey California roll, and shrimp tempura were all fantastic. I’m so pleased to have discovered this place and can’t wait to return!

I visited this restaurant in September 2020 and was really impressed by the authentic Korean-style offerings. I ordered the cod cup (see picture). The broth was rich and spicy, but the only drawback was that the cod had quite a few bones to navigate.

Tried Sushi first time. Didnt like it much but still looks great. Ambience was good. Wasabi was too hot to handle

Great restaurant for Korean/Japanese food. The place is a bit small and not the cleanest, but food is good and not terribly expensive and they're generous with the side dishes. The buffet is great if you're on a budget, but the menu items are definitely better in my opinion. I really want to give this place a 5 star rating because the quality of the food for the price is really good! Just try it and see!
