Bidra med feedbackBe sure to try the cauliflower during happy hour for just $10—it was really delicious! The drinks were also quite good. However, while the food looked appealing, it missed the mark on flavor. The mushroom pasta needed salt, and unfortunately, the salt shaker dispensed it one grain at a time, which was disappointing. The dessert options were limited as well, and the chocolate cake was dry. At times, it seemed like the staff was a bit stretched thin, with only one server and one bartender available during busier moments. Nevertheless, they were helpful, understanding, and provided good service.
Loved happy hour. Even though their menu for food is small, it's fulfilling. And their peach pie was delicious!
Recently went for the happy hour and with the discount the prices are decent. The flat breads are good, but the pig and fig had so many toppings it was a bit soggy. The egg rolls and pretzels were great. The service was attentive and quick. The prices for their entrees is a bit steep, but try the happy hour. I stay at this Marriott or the nearby Courtyard very regularly for work. I have eaten at almost every restaurant in the Rio Washingtonian area and this is my favorite, hands down. I never would have even thought of eating here until my coworkers told me it was good. Now, I regret all those trips to the mediocre chain restaurants in the area when I could have been eating here! The veggie burger is straight up delicious (get it on the brioche bun though), as is the quinoa
I had the Thanksgiving buffet at the Washingtonian Marriott with some close friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. The food was delicious and abundant, and the restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. We left feeling really positive and can’t wait to return!
