Kfc - Galion

I've eaten here before and it's never been bad but today my husband and I went for a quick lunch. They opened at 11 and we showed up around 11:15. The food was almost cold and the fries tasted as if they sat over night and re heated.. we were verydisappointed.

My husband and I were just there to dine in and we bought a 12 piece meal for dine in. They served us like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Actually better. Great customer service. If I could have tipped them I would have.

KFC isn't typically my first pick for fast food, but it was the closest restaurant to the highway, so I decided to stop by. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and hot the food was—it tasted fantastic! The highlight of my experience was definitely the service. I've never encountered a quick-service place with such friendly staff before. My kids particularly enjoyed chatting with the employee who had blue hair, who was fun and pleasant. The girl at the speaker was also incredibly kind and articulate. I would definitely consider stopping by again on my travels. I visited on January 14 at noon.

The staff is fast and friendly, and the food is well-prepared and neatly packed.

They were very helpful. I had a DD client with me and they were very patient with her.
