Big Cheese Pizza - Gallup

I was really disappointed. I would give the pizza a 5.5 out of 10 and I definitely won’t be returning. The crust was thick and doughy without any crispiness, and the sauce was easily forgettable. I’d heard good things about this place from some coworkers, but I have to keep in mind the area I’m in. Honestly, frozen pizzas taste better than this. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the pizza just didn’t meet my expectations.

We called in to order pizza for pick-up, but then decided we wanted to eat at the restaurant instead. However, the cashier informed us that we couldn't change our order and had to take it to go. I asked if we could eat there and just order drinks, but she insisted that the order couldn't be changed since it was already in the oven. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time; if it had been packed like it usually is, I might have understood. I’m quite disappointed with the service, and it may be a while before we decide to return or order pizza from here again.

This restaurant has a Chuck E. Cheese vibe, though it's smaller, and the pizza is a hundred times better. I highly recommend the deep dish; the crust is fantastic. The cheese breadsticks were also really delicious. While you wait, you can buy tokens for the kids to enjoy a variety of arcade games, earning tickets that can be exchanged for small prizes. The kids had a great time here!

Last time I was here at the North side location was to pick up an Uber Eats delivery back in October 2021. They were RUDE AF!... Today I was there to pick up my call in order for myself. Attitude is the same. Don't know why they like to argue with their customers. The east side location they are more customer friendly. Or there's always Papa John's or Pizza 9 too.

This rating is not for the food, but the unfortunate terrible service we received. The staff were rude and unkind in explaining covid precautions. They told us they weren't able to sit our family at the table next to us, but sat strangers at the table we asked about. Will definitely be doing takeout next time.
