Landry’s Prime Seafood Steaks – San Luis

Our dinner was fantastic! A big thank you to our server, Thomas, for his attentive service. He ensured we had a wonderful experience and made our evening truly memorable!

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing but excellence. Melissa our waitress was above and beyond as well as our appetizers, meal and drinks, thank you Melissa and staff at Landry's. For a job very well done. Every one from the hostess to the food servers. Our meal was prepared just as requested. Thank you again.

My husband and I were in Galveston for a quick getaway and we were staying near by. We enjoyed our dinner on Saturday evening so much , we came back Sunday as well. We both had steak on Saturday which was grilled just to our liking. Sunday we both had salad and pasta which was very filling. Brandon was our waiter Saturday and was very attentive and and we appreciated his service. Can't go wrong with this place!

We typically enjoy our meals at Landry's, but our experience last night was quite disappointing. The appetizer was excellent, but after that, things went downhill. We ordered a wedge salad along with our entrees, and less than five minutes after we started on the salad, our main dishes arrived. We felt this was inappropriate and asked the waitress to take the entrees back. We also requested a manager. The manager assured us that she would bring out two new entrees when we were ready, but it was clear they had simply reheated our original meals. My tuna was grey, and the sauce on the plate was dry and congealed. To make matters worse, she didn’t even offer to take a cocktail off our bill. Additionally, the waitress served my husband his meal first, which is generally considered poor service. We may need to reconsider dining here in the future.

We absolutely Love Landry's, from the Great Steaks and Seafood, they also have Wonderful cocktails that Christian makes at the bar, which is one of the reasons that we eat here frequently!!
