Taqueria El Muchacho Alegre - Galveston

So many trucks in Napa Valley but only one so far that prepares the Mexican-Style Hotdogs! Love the bacon grilled onions and rest of the frills! Could use some grilled jalapeños to kick it up a notch! Regular Tacos were filled with generous amount of meat and nicely spiced. I waited under the trees with the bench and table- Just kick-back wait and strike up conversation with locals. Food Truck is parked in an industrial street, into a residential house, so that can throw you off a little but park along the street... or up the drive-way.

We came in from out of town and my girlfriend wanted tacos. She ordered 4 beef tacos and had to take the beef out due to bad taste, texture, and all around bad quality. The bean were more of a soup but a large quantity as well as the rice. Yes it's by the ocean but I would not want my girlfriend to walk there by herself.

Craving Mexican foodI wasn't a fan. I'm coming from LA so I guess I'm a snob because I know great Mexican good. It's fine for a quick lunch but was missing that kick I wanted.

Stopped here for a classic taco truck meal. Wanted the gorditas but they said they didn 't have any, so burrito it is. Burrito was fine. No complaints. Just hard to hear the person inside because they 're so far away so there 's a lot of What? Sorry? happening.

Got four tacos, two Al pastor two lengua. They are both amazing. Friendly service , sat at the benches and polished them off.
