Bidra med feedbackI've visited this restaurant twice and spent a total of two hours there without receiving my food due to their extremely slow service. During my first visit, I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and on my last visit, I waited 20 minutes. I won't be returning again. I suggest your team take some notes from Chick-fil-A; they could handle both your line and theirs and still be quicker. Please consider improving your team's training.
If I could rate it zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited today and received a regular burger instead of my plant-based one. I was really looking forward to their new plant-based option, but now I won't be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it. Also, it seriously took around 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru!
I went there for breakfast and it was staffed by just two people. I'm giving higher marks for the amazing service provided by these two individuals, who handled the pressure exceptionally well!
Our food came out quickly and they got the order right. Not too much more you can ask for!
Good service.. Missing sandwich but they made another one for me and it was great. A little concerned that at least 2 members wearing mask under nose.
