Starbucks - Gambrills

Customer service was great. There were misunderstandings, but they quickly corrected my wrong order. It is a good place to get coffee and see friendly workers who like their job.

The food and drinks are delicious, but the prices are on the higher side. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff goes out of their way to cater to your personal preferences.

UPDATE! I absolutely love this place. I come here every day, and it feels like family. During their renovation period, they were temporarily closed for a few weeks. During that time, I learned from the employees how much they missed seeing their regular customers. That really made my day!

If you're not a fan of Starbucks, be prepared for longer wait times, but they do move quickly. My orders are always accurate, and the drinks are perfectly crafted every time.
