Service not that great but food is good. Parking: You may not get parking in front, but it’s located in shopping complex so plenty of parking. This will be my last time eating at this restaurant! Where to start My server got my food wrong, kept forgetting to bring things I asked and rushed away too fast when I tried to request an item like more napkins or water. Then I asked to get another small single serving of dipping sauce to go home with my spring rolls/curry puffs. The manager claimed they could only sell me the large containers of sauce for $3 each, and couldn’t give or sell me the small size which I offered to pay for. Then the server comes back and takes my check before I finished completing it. Wished I hadn’t come here at all tonight. I love eating out at restaurants and giving good reviews. So dissatisfied with this experience, will find a new Thai spot and never again come back to this one. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Still a great place for good ole reliable thai food. There is a lot of space with plenty of seating for large parties and seating at the bar as well. The Ka Pow Fried Rice and Drunken Noodles are reliably good. At times it can be hard to procure Sticky Rice with Mango because I have been told too many times to count at other thai restaurants that mango is not in season but they had it and it was worth the wait. They even threw in a candle when they overheard it was my birthday. Good job Thai at Waugh Chapel, thanks for the reminder of your good food service.

I found metal in my food. I was chewing and I felt pain because I realized they had contaminated the food with metal. I called and they only offered me a partial refund. It's really sad because it's good food and I'm disappointed in their response because I did love coming here.
