Bidra med feedbackI've read several reviews before writing this, and it seems like I visited a different place entirely. Today marked my second visit to this restaurant since it’s conveniently located on my way to my new job that I started in July. I was warmly greeted right away and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I confirmed and provided my name; the manager efficiently checked my order, and I was out the door in under a minute. Both my food and smoothie were delicious, and even though it's only my second time here, I'm definitely planning to return frequently. At other Tropical Smoothie locations, I've encountered distracted staff and sometimes subpar service, but not at this one!
I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. The staff yelled at my child for trying to go to the bathroom because the sign was not clearly visible. When I asked them not to scream, reminding them that he's just a child, and suggested they communicate directly with me so I could explain to him calmly, things only got worse. We were treated poorly throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I can’t see myself returning to this establishment. I used to visit often and enjoyed supporting the place, but I would recommend going elsewhere.
This Tropical Smoothie location is quite disappointing. I've noticed employees having verbal disagreements on multiple occasions, but today's experience was especially frustrating. I placed an online order and arrived 40 minutes later to find that it was incomplete. While I understand that mistakes happen, when I inquired about the missing part of my order, a younger employee replied, "I didn't give them away." The other younger staff members seemed lost and unsure. The manager, clearly frustrated, simply muttered "good...". I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my meal. I've visited several Tropical Smoothie locations, so I know this particular spot is the problem, not the franchise as a whole. I really wish there was a better option closer to my home.
$8 I bit in just tortilla the lower piece in the picture, because they don't touch the corner of the tortilla then when I open it, it only has two pieces of chicken I'm sorry three pieces, I drive to Chipotle next time
I went into a hot store and received two liquid drinks not the frozen smoothie I ordered on the app. I asked for my money back and was told I could not be helped they could only remake it. I didn?t want to give them a second chance to remake it because the store was so hot and they were all sweating so bad that I worried it would not come out frozen enough. The employees should not have to work in sweat shop conditions and I should not receive a liquid smoothie. I could have bought a Naked smoothie from the grocery store if that?s what I wanted. So I left with no drinks and no refund. I contacted them through the website and received no response so I wrote this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
