While the cooks tried to rectify the situation, I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for my food to be prepared. Unfortunately, the cashiers continued to berate me, stating they only accept online orders from Grubhub, which I had already proven I used. They then informed me that I couldn’t get a refund, despite not receiving any food. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience and an unacceptable way to treat customers. I want to clarify that it was not the cooks who were rude; it was the two cashiers handling the orders who were completely out of line. Be cautious if you decide to order from Aztec Grill, as you might not get your food—or your money back!

Stopped in for a restroom break and to clean the car windows. Liz and Jon showed excellent customer service and the place was so clean and smelled amazing. Both of them are gems!

I was the only customer ordering, and it took a long time for the staff to begin preparing my meal. I ordered a burrito, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect and had the wrong filling. When I unwrapped the burrito, it was dripping wet from the pico de gallo, and the tortilla was soggy. As for the COVID safety measures, the staff were wearing their masks either down around their chins or not at all.
