Subway - Garden City

This restaurant is extremely clean and generous with their toppings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I placed an order on the app for pickup and was notified when it was ready. Upon arriving at the restaurant and checking in, I waited for 15 minutes before being informed that they had just begun preparing my order.

The Subway store frequently keeps their dining area closed, leading to a lower rating for service.

Update 5 years later: still slow as hell!This is such a slow subway! I don't even care about scarce toppings I just wish I could get in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.

I've tried to be pleasant every time I go in there, the last time I went, the manager I think is the one who took over making my sub while the young lady who started my sub was in training and trying to learn.... rude!!!!I just now did a door dash delivery and apparently they don't accept special requests we have to call them, I'm on my 4th or 5th call right now because I want my bun double toasted and NO ONE answered my call right now I'm on call #6I will definitely order from a different subway in the future not this one!!!!!!Ohhh here goes call #7
