Shin-sen-gumi Shabu-shabu - Gardena

First of all, the service at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I loved how they greeted their customers. The servers were attentive and prompt in bringing us our food. We ordered the eel over rice and the hakata ramen (with a rich base and generous oil), and both dishes were delicious. We also added an egg and pork belly to the ramen—how could we resist?! The misubi was also delightful. Overall, it’s a great place, and I would definitely come back.

Had such a delicious bowl of Hakata Ramen! If you like hot spice, add a side of Diablo (made with Carolina Reaper), it is fire!! They have delicious bite-sized Gyoza, too!

After extensive research, I chose Shin-Sen-Gumi, and it absolutely lived up to my high expectations. The Ramen was not only delicious but packed with flavor and offered a plethora of customizable toppings to match any preference. The pork slices and the additional pork dumplings I tried were outstanding. We also sampled two types of flavor balls from their menu, both of which were fantastic and enhanced the Ramen experience even further. One unique feature of the restaurant is the bells at each table, allowing you to summon the staff with ease—a first for me! The service was prompt and efficient, without any unnecessary fuss. I recommend joining the restaurant's waitlist via Yelp before you arrive to smooth the process. Overall, Shin-Sen-Gumi is definitely the place to go for an unforgettable Ramen experience.

First time having ramen the other day have nothing to compare it to. It was amazing. Feeling spontaneous and friends raved about this place so I said why not. I took it 'to go ' did not dine-in because it was really busy but I ordered my food and they got it done quickly. So friendly when I received my food. Will try to come dine In and get the full experience of this restaurant. Ramen was great, I also got some spring rolls. And something that looks like pot stickers but they were really good definitely will be coming back to try other items and maybe their sake. 10/10

VEGAN+VEGETARIANS They have a vegetarian menu! I got the vegetarian Ramen and the Veggie Gyoza. Both were amazing!!! The Veggie Gyoza was the best I’ve ever had.
