Sushi Island - Gardena

I can see why this place is so popular! Delicious food, although we had to wait to be seated. Table turnover was slow because customers weren't in a rush to leave. It was a very pleasant , subdued atmosphere. Relatively quiet inside. Great sushi.

Sushi Island is a great place to eat at! Most of the time, I order takeout and I usually get the same thing every time. I order a combination plate with Japanese style meatballs and sesame chicken. The meal comes with rice, salad and miso soup on the side. The food is delicious and the people who work there are always nice and helpful! I love coming here and will continue to do so. I definitely recommend eating here if you haven't tried it yet. :

Small place with limited seating. But the food was great , reasonabky priced and the service was very friendly. Would eat again! The veggie tempura and vegetable maki roll were nice..hot green tea was refreshing.Vegetarian options: They had 3-4 vegetarian roll options and the veegtable tempura was nice..the portion and roll sozes are on the smaller size.

Reasonable prices. Shrimp tempura roll was delicious.Food: 5/5
