Auntie Anne's - Gardendale

So far we have been waiting 25 minutes for one pretzel. Without telling us, he burned a batch and had to recook another order because he only cooks to order. Will we be coming back? I think NOT!

I thought that my last experience with the Checker's here would be different when I went to Auntie Anne's, but I was wrong. I have been to several other Auntie Anne's locations before, but this is the worst. They had nothing ready, not even regular pretzels. I ordered an almond pretzel, and waited 15 minutes before I got my snack. The people waiting for Checker's and Dunkin Donuts also waited a while for their food, and I heard many fellow customers complaining. At least the pretzel was actually fresh, and is the only reason they're recieving two stars from me. I wss hoping that something in the Walmart food area would be able to redeem the Checker's, but I was very disappointed. I'll never stop for any kind of food here again.

Cant walk around the mall without a hot pretzel.

Miss them.
