Jack's - Gardendale

For fine food without the snobby French waiters and tiny portions JACks restaurants fulfill and exceed expectations. The burgers are delicious, the frits are hot and fresh. It is worth eating

If I could give less than one star, I would. Very slow to take order, no one on the front. The frits were undercooked and the chicken tasted steels and hard on the sandwich. Didn't cost the food this time.

Why is the accuracy so difficult to get in this place?? I command something and always get something completely different. I don't understand. Please give me what I command. I never go back to Gardendale. Fultondale knows what's going on. You get it right every time.

These jackets never have Homeaid Ranch, my food is old or cold, or the chicken is too heavy to eat without crust, maschpotoses have no gravity and if they do it?s geloton of steak and gravy never has onions or there raw, and the biscuts are like rocks? This afternoon the lady in the window was rude when I asked if they were doing some ranch because I was sorry to go, and they didn't have one, and they said they had no time to do something, and she was mad at me. The manager always kills around me? ve saw them smoke outside shoot the breeze with people and when I complained very politely they repaired it but does not make it better to do. This is not a meeting place you have at work. This is a facility to serve the people of Gardendale good food. It is not difficult, but nobody cares, that is frustrating because I work in the food industry itself. A manager serves. For example, a manager leads. And if Ur work in food, then do not serve something u would eat period. And don't make excuses a fire among us and get things done!

I bought a single biscuit and gravy, a big bacon sandwich, a coke and a Hi-C. I received a cold biscuit and gravy, a Sprite, a sandwich that the bread was so hard I couldn't bite through, and a Dr. Pepper. I live about 2 minutes from this Jack's so the food had gotten hard and cold before it made it to my hands. I can forgive incorrect drinks and super slow service, if the food is good. In this case, the food was not good. I paid $15 and had to use my own bread and mayo for the sandwich, plus I had to re-plate and warm up the biscuit and gravy.
