Starbucks - Gardendale

The staff are great at this location and so is the food and coffees. The inside is ready to be updated. Tables are scratched up and well used. I went to the new Starbucks in Moody, AL the other day (much newer location, just opened) and this stood out. Would love to see this location updated soon at least with new furniture as I really like to go inside and study/read from time to time.

While traveling when I go into a stand alone Starbucks I get what I want. I had a bagel and a dopio and was perfect. Highly recommend.Parking: No problem

I just placed an Uber order with 5 sugars and a side of milk to go with my black coffee. I received no sugars and no milk. Called the store and with no apology the so-called shift supervisor stated just come in and we will replace it. If I wanted to come in, I would not have ordered via Uber. An apology would have sufficed. Customer service and attention detail is basically nonexistent. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for two drinks and one, which was the Frappuccino, took a while to deliver as it had been placed elsewhere.

Took my order. Made my order. Didn’t give me my order bc they didn’t have enough money to give me change.
