Park Avenue Muffin - Garfield Heights

I LOVE the concept of these little cakes. Approximately 4.3M people in Ohio are age 50 up we can assume a household size of 1-2 people. These cakes are PERFECT for this demographics.I bought 2 wedding cakes at my local DrugMart for $2.49 each. Unfortunately my cake was dry tasteless had that yellow tinge when the baker doesn't know to use egg whites only. I loved the almond flavor in the icing but low quality bucket frosting is best left in the bucket. I didn't like the star tip decorating. I think it makes the product look cheap badly home made. Work on the quality with improvements I think you will have a winning product. I also think the retail price could be raised to accomodate the improvements.Best of luck future success.

I recently found your cakes at Meijer in Lansing, Michigan. The Wedding cake was actually a 5. Sooo good that I’ve bought it several times. Thought I would change it up so tried The Carrot cake. Rating it a 1. Not a carrot to be found in the cake, and so much spice it tasted like a ginger bread cookie on steroids. Such an overload in spice it made me sick to my stomache… even burned in my mouth. I will buy the Wedding cake again but never the Carrot… Afraid now to even try the Chocolate or Banana. :

Best carrot cake I've ever had. I'm afraid to try the double chocolate in fear of an obsession.

9/10/22: I bought the wedding cake and carrot cake at Marc's in Columbus, Ohio for $1.89 each. They were both delicious! I'll be trying the other flavors as well.
