Church's Texas Chicken - Garland

I visited the drive-thru and had to wait a few minutes for my food. I like to compare this experience to real-time gaming. So far, no one was at the window. The woman who took my order was friendly and very clear during the ordering process, and thankfully, she repeated my order to ensure it was correct. After about five minutes of waiting, I was expecting my food to be cold, but it was actually hot and fresh.

I dressed up to go through the drive-thru, and a lady said to hold on for a moment. I ended up hanging up, found the website, created an account, placed my order, and made the payment. However, she never returned to the drive-thru. The food was decent, but it seemed like the girl was managing everything by herself during the lunch rush.

The fried chicken was tender, delicious, and well-seasoned without being overwhelming. It was served hot, and the flavors were very fresh. Food: 5/5
